Woah, I can’t believe I almost forgot to mention that MONDO Jugglefest is this weekend. That’s where I’ll be from friday after work till sunday late afternoon. I’m going to spend a bit of time very soon and whip up some forms for the website.

Bummer, another year that I don’t get to make Mondo. Well, on the bright side, this is also another year I was able to get out of being on OMIGOD. Though I will miss seeing Dave W. What a guy.
For those readers who have no idea what Thumper is talking about, OMIGOD is the MONDO planning committee. Neither acronym (although I suppose it’s pretty debateable that that’s what they are) have any meaning whatsoever.
Although a friend of mine does think MONDO should stand for the Minnesota Organization for Not Dropping Objects.
The second best description I’ve heard is: “Mondo, it means big.”
anyway, thumper, where the hell are you this year?
Far away in the frozen wasteland that is grad school…err…Buffalo. Same thing. Too much work to do for school, and too much prepwork for the class I teach. Just can’t justify a trip back for Mondo. Sad.
